Function Bands are able to play a much wider range of musical styles than say, a rock
band, sixties or seventies style band, or any other type of artistes that specialise in a specific style of music, like Jazz
or Rock 'N' Roll.
Function Bands are used mainly at Weddings, corporate events, parties and many other
events including Military Summer & Christmas Functions.
Function Bands range is size from a trio upwards to five, six or more musicians.

The '2 J's
The '2 J's' Jazz & Big Band, have been entertaining audiences for many years.
They feature some of the most accomplished musicians that are available. They
can play the many different stylesthat will please even the most discerning of Enthusiasts.
They are available for funtions in many different formats from Duo (Ideal for
lounge bar work) upto a seven piece depending on the function and of course the budget......
THE COLIN HODGES JAZZ BAND Featuring some
of the best jazz musicians around, This is a Jazz band of REAL QUALITY, Their ability
to play in all the styles that are required of an accomplished band does them real credit.. Ranging
in size from a 'trio' up to a 'seven' piece, according to your requirements & budget these guys will not disappoint what
ever the occasion.
Jive
Aces
The Jive Aces are respected as one of the finest Jive and Swing bands in the country. Six piece and what a sound, from
the moment they hit the stage it’s high performance jive and swing with attitude with a capital A! Their performances
are always full of energy and enthusiasm for the music that they are playing and along with their obvious talent that has
kept them at the top for so long, make no mistake, this is rock ‘n’ roll at its very best. Their sound and lighting
is superb, it’s easy to see why they are always in such demand and we would recommend that you book them very well in
advance. This is how it should be done…………….Wonderful.
M 3 BAND / FUNCTION BAND
KENT BASED, But will travel, M3 joined M S E in 2009 and since then they have been delighting audiences far and wide.. SUPERB
MUSICIANS in every respect with an EXCELLENT SOUND SYSTEM, Add to this their vast repertoire ranging from the 1950s to the
2000s..That always gives them the edge over many lesser bands

THE BLAGGERS This Kent based band have been working together for many years and it shows.. Unlike many bands, they have a more relaxed approach to their music, But do not confuse RELAXED
with SLAP-DASH , Because these guys have a nice tight sound that really moves along very well. Playing Eric Clapton, BB-king, Rolling Stones, ZZ Top, Bad company, Snow Patrol, Pink Floyd, Commitments, Santana
and many more classic rock tracks in their own unique style, just goes to make this outfit the right choice for
the most demanding of social clubs and pub rock venues.. very good.
